4/15/2015 · Hi Ben, I’m trying to get SIB1 from the local base-station. As we know, SIB1 is in PDSCH and the resource allocation scheme is transmitted in PDCCH using either DCI format 1a or 1c. I can decode PDCCH in the common searching space scrambled by SI-RNTI, and I found it use DCI format 1c to allocate PDSCH.
