5/1/2006 · The gene encoding RNase HII from the psychrotrophic bacterium, Shewanella sp. SIB1 was cloned, overexpressed in Escherichia coli, and the recombinant protein was purified and biochemically characterized. SIB1 RNase HII is a monomeric protein with 212 amino acid residues and shows an amino acid sequence identity of 64% to E. coli RNase HII. The enzymatic properties of SIB1 RNase HII, … |

1/10/2005 · FKBP22 from a psychrotrophic bacterium Shewanella sp. SIB1, is a dimeric protein with peptidyl prolyl cis‐trans isomerase (PPIase) activity. According to homology modeling, it consists of an N‐terminal domain, which is involved in dimerization of the protein, and a C‐terminal catalytic domain. A long α3 helix spans these domains. |
|
SIB1 FKBP22 is considered as foldase and chaperone based on its ability to catalyze refolding of a cis-proline containing protein and bind to a folding intermediate protein, respectively. |
|
FK506-binding protein 22 (FKBP22) from the psychrotophic bacterium Shewanella sp. SIB1 (SIB1 FKBP22) is a homodimeric protein with peptidyl prolyl cis-trans isomerase (PPIase) activity. |

For example, If the CPRI link has 8 AxC, antenna carriers, for two bands, B1 has 4 AxC, and the other second band has the remaining 4 AxCs.==> I’m interested in decoding the SIB1 messages from this captured DL IQ data so I can know which AxC is belong to which band. The captured data coming in two csv files: (each band in one seperate file). |

SIB1 FKBP22 is considered as foldase and chaperone based on its ability to catalyze refolding of a cis-proline containing protein and bind to a folding intermediate protein, respectively. The foldase and chaperone activites of SIB1 FKBP22 are thought to be important for cold adaptation of Shewanella sp. SIB1. These activities are also employed by other PPIases for being involved in cold adaptation of … |

4/15/2015 · As we know, SIB1 is in PDSCH and the resource allocation scheme is transmitted in PDCCH using either DCI format 1a or 1c. I can decode PDCCH in the common searching space scrambled by SI-RNTI, and I found it use DCI format 1c to allocate PDSCH. However, I cannot decode PDSCH (at SFN mod 2=0 and subframe #5). |
